突发！美国对集成电路及其产品发起337调查，涉及中美9家企业

2021年2月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）对集成电路及其产品（Certain Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same）发起337调查。

据悉，美国Tela Innovations, Inc., of Los Gatos, CA在去年12月18日向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张中国、美国9家企业对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号10186523），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

中国台湾地区Acer, Inc., of New Taipei City, Taiwan、美国Acer America Corporation of San Jose, CA、中国台湾地区ASUSTek Computer Inc. of Taipai, Taiwan、美国ASUS Computer International of Fremont, CA、美国Intel Corporation of Santa Clara, CA、中国北京Lenovo Group Ltd. of Beijing, China联想集团、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, NC、中国台湾地区Micro-Star International Co., Ltd., of New Taipei City, Taiwan、美国MSI Computer Corp. of City of Industry, CA为列名被告。

根据美国ITC网站公布的信息显示，这九家公司分别为：中国宏碁公司、美国宏碁公司、中国华硕电脑公司、美国华硕电脑公司、美国英特尔公司、中国联想集团、美国联想公司、中国微星公司、美国微星公司。
